VIDEO: How to Print on Fabric

Here I'll demonstrate one of my favorite transfer methods: printing directly onto fabric using a home printer! I use this method when the design is very detailed and tracing my image using a light box isn't an option. This is great for small projects that will be placed in a hoop.

You will need:

Fabric
Sticker paper (8.5”x11”)
Rotary cutter
Ruler
Scissors
Lint roller
Cutting mat
Home Printer
Design that you want to print (I had mine ready to go in a Word document)

You can also purchase ready-made printable fabric if you don’t want to make your own. Usually the fabric will be a little thin, but it works! Here’s one you can get from Joann.
