Quantities are limited, and all items are hand stitched. Don't be alarmed by slight variations in each piece. Instead, allow yourself to be surprised and delighted because that's what makes it charming! In fact, it makes your piece a very special and unique gift, like you!

If you need to make a change or cancellation, please let us know within 24 hours. Our eager pandas will begin designing and making your piece after that, and we don't have the heart to tell them not to. Most items are made to order, just for you, so in general, we don't accept returns or exchanges, but please reach out if you have any problems with your order, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Privacy Policy

We do not share our customers' details with anyone else. We will not give your name or contact information to any other vendors, or put you on any lists. Pandas are very protective in this way.

Shipping

All products are hand-stitched, and pieces are made in the order they are received, so custom orders may take up to 14 days to ship. If you really need something rushed, let us know, but like guac, that'll be extra.

All orders are shipped via standard USPS. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 5-8 business days. Domestic: $5 flat | International: $20 flat
