Come learn about the art of Sashiko mending (taught by Amanda Farrell aka Embroidered Panda), a beautiful and long time mending method that comes from Japan. Attendees need only bring items that need repair. The workshop will be held at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center and is sponsored by Stop Waste.
