Here’s how you take a piece of embroidery and make it into an iron-on patch. When I’m making a patch, I like to use felt instead of fabric to eliminate fraying.

The two products I’m using are 1) Lightweight Fusible Interfacing and 2) Heat-n-Bond UltraHold Iron-On Adhesive
